An update to the shopping expedition last night… I got plain digestives for me and chocolate ones for when I have guests (hopefully I get a lot of guests) and some chocolate hobnobs as well. I went on a bit of an apple frenzy and got red apples, green apples and cooking apples as well. But best of all, I p[icked up triple chocolate ice cream! TRIPLE CHOCOLATE! Woohoo! I got brussels sprouts as well. I like sprouts.

I have around 140 comic annuals altogether including DC Thomson and Fleetway… :) Went to Kim’s Bookshop in Chichester, I got the Beano Annual 1991, D**** Annual 1995, Buster Annual 1990 and 1991. All for around £13.00, all in mint condition… I now have all the Beano Annuals from 1978-2010… Won Beezer Annual 2001 on eBay for £0.99 and £2.75 P&P! Got Beezer Annual 2003 a few days ago… Fred’s Bed, Mickey the Monkey, Des Troy and Geezer were great! I wish they brought it back… I’d love to read the comics again… I was born in 1997 so I never got the Beezer and Topper comics as they ended in 1994, but I won a few comics on eBay and found one in our loft and I really enjoyed them… Please bring back Mike Pearse to draw Singled Out, I was looking at my friends Beano collection since early 2005… And Singled Out was the highlight!
