No, Radio was before TV(2009 series) as it was on the radio last year’s summer.

But, the 1996 series (my brother told me ‘bout it :D) was obviously on TV before the radio.

My namesake had the order right. Dennis was on TV as early as 1956, in a TV advert for The Beezer’s first issue! And the 1996 cartoon obviously pre-dates the radio show anyway, like you said.
